COVID-19

Due to the uncertain circumstances caused by Covid-19, we understand and feel it necessary to make temporary modifications and exceptions to our policies. We are monitoring any and all travel restrictions to and from NY and understand that some of these restrictions can impact travel plans for your upcoming trip with us. We would like to inform you, that currently, the areas in which we hunt and fish have very low infection rates, and we do not consider it problematic to the point at which we need to cancel trips. However, we encourage you to read the information below to better prepare yourself and your party for a cancellation if one does occur. Unlike earlier in the year, we as a nation are now fully aware of our current national, state, and local restrictions / situations due to the pandemic. Reserving recreational activities comes with certain scheduling risks due to the virus and we would like to make all of our customers fully aware of this risk.

Cancellations Due To Covid-19

  • First and foremost, all cancellations will be at the discretion of Capt. Benjamin Roggie (Owner) and Staff. Policies are subject to change without notice. All customers who reserve and schedule a trip assume any and all liability, regardless of restrictions and laws, and hold the BRVO Staff blameless for any and all cancellations, forfeitures, etc.
  • Cancellations Due to Covid-19 Travel Restrictions are allowed through the remainder of 2020
  • If there are no restrictions that will impede you from travelling from your state to ours, or our state to yours a cancellation will fall under our STANDARD cancellation policies.
  • In the event of a cancellation by BRVO Staff due to Covid-19, these same policies will apply, regardless of time in relation to trip, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rescheduling Due To Covid-19

  • Upon Cancellation, Hunters will have the option to:
  1. Reschedule Immediately (Recommended)
        OR
  1. Reschedule Within 1 Year of the cancellation date (Subject to availability)

  • If you or your party are unable to reschedule on the day of cancellation, then a voucher for the deposit amount will be mailed to the person in the party that booked the trip.
  • Rescheduling immediately will give you and your group a variety of options for available dates. Accepting a voucher and rescheduling at a later date will put you and your group at the mercy of calendar availability.
  • DEPOSIT VOUCHERS ARE GOOD FOR 1 YEAR ONLY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CALENDAR AVAILABILITY. If our calendar fills before your trip is rescheduled and we are unable to accommodate your party it is a forfeiture of your trip.
  • Deposits are relevant to party size, the amount of people in your party will dictate the amount required for the deposit. Therefore, our cancellation policy for deposits still stands, even on a rescheduled trip. A deposit for 4 people, is a deposit for NO MORE OR LESS than 4 people. Additions to the party require additional payments, losses to party size will result in a forfeiture of deposit for that individual. Deposits cannot, and never will be used towards any balance whatsoever. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Along with party size, deposits are also relevant to hunt/charter type. Vouchers for hunts, may be used for hunts only but any hunt desired. Vouchers for fishing charters, may be used for fishing charters only, but any fishing charter. Vouchers for Cast & Blast trips are for Cast & Blasts only. Upgrading to a trip of higher value will result in additional deposits required, higher balance due or both. Rescheduling to a trip that is of lower value, will result in a lower balance due.
